What you need to know

Demos start unnamed. When you open one, type your prospect's business name and every screen, document and message uses it.
Customers, staff and figures are sample data. Nothing real is sent: SMS, WhatsApp, email and Mobile Money are simulated.
Each industry has a web dashboard for staff and a mobile app for customers, owners or parents. They share data and update each other live.
On a wide screen (1440px or more) the phone opens beside the dashboard. On smaller screens, use the Mobile app button in the top bar.
Changes are saved in this browser only. The reset button (circular arrow, top bar) restores fresh data.
To change the name later, click it at the top of the sidebar. Each industry keeps its own name, and Reset doesn't clear it.
Use View as at the bottom of the sidebar to show what each role sees, e.g. owner, front desk or bursar.

1Before the call. Ask for their three biggest problems. Open their industry, enter their business name and reset the data.
2Open with the outcome. Start on the screen that answers their problem: today's calendar, the arrears list, cash position. Not a feature tour.
3Tell, show, tell. For each problem: say what you'll show and why, show it in about 90 seconds, then say what changes for them.
4Hand them the phone. Do the live moment below on the phone and let them watch the dashboard update.
5Leave it behind. Send them the App link to open on their own phone, and follow up within 24 hours.

Booking: Book on the phone and pay the deposit by MoMo. The WhatsApp confirmation pops up and the booking lands on the calendar. Then reschedule it from the web.
Accounting: Create an invoice, send it on WhatsApp, record an MTN payment and watch receivables, cash and the ledger move. Snap a receipt on the phone, then approve it.
School: The parent pays fees in the app and the bursar dashboard updates. The teacher marks the child absent and the parent gets an alert. Publish report cards.
